Is shipping really free? Well yes and no. You caught us. Shipping is already included in all of our items, but the price you see is the price you pay. You never pay any more for shipping than the price we are showing you.
What is the Bulk Order Discount available on some items? Due to the logistics of delivery many of our items are simply much cheaper when you buy more than one. If the item has this offer, the price of all of those items will be 30% off list price, as long as you buy 3 or more.
What are your return policies? Since most of our items are consumable/disposable, we only offer a three day return policy from receipt of the item. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Why is shipping so variable? We source product from all over the world and suppliers often change. We strive to make sure nothing on our site will take more than 30 days to arrive, while most things will arrive within 15 to 20 days.
